Very interesting exhibit. It was an experience to be in replicas of the crime scenes and really putting you mind in the place of investigators. It was also done so tastefully to respect the victims and while disturbing, not glorifying the events portrayed. Fantastic. I would go again.

Yes. The optional VR experience places you at the center of a simulated crime scene, where you collect evidence, decode patterns and help solve the case. Please check whether your ticket includes it.
What is the difference between a VIP ticket and a regular ticket?
The regular ticket includes entry to the experience. The VIP ticket includes skip-the-line entry, the VR experience and a poster of the experience.
Is there a dress code?
There's no defined dress code for this experience; a casual look will be fine.
Will there be strobe lights?
No, this experience won't include strobe lights.
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience?
This is a walkthrough experience, but you'll find some seats if you need a break.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Feel free to take photos and share them. Please make sure not to disturb other visitors. Flash photography, professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.
Where can I get tickets?
On the Fever app (available on Google Play and the App Store) or on the Fever website.
Can I purchase tickets at the door?
There is a box office on site, but tickets may be sold out by the time you arrive, so we highly recommend booking in advance to guarantee your spot.
Are there discounted tickets?
Yes, discounted tickets are available for seniors (65+), students (14–25), guests with disabilities and military. A valid ID is required.
Do I have to sign a waiver?
Yes. All guests are required to sign the digital Safety Pledge & Liability Waiver before entering the exhibition space.
Will there be additional sessions?
We can't guarantee extra dates. Please check the experience page for the confirmed dates and times.
Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?
Date changes are allowed up to 48 hours in advance. Contact us through support.feverup.com with your ticket ID, or use the 'Change date and/or time' button in the 'Tickets' section of the Fever app if available. Refunds are not permitted under any circumstances.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
