Absolutely amazing!!!! I would recommend!! I would probably go in further back to be honest, I was up front and if I went back I'd go into the further sections because it isn't a large theater so you're not missing anything, it lasted an hour and it was gorgeous!

Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store and Google Play). Make sure to log in with the same method you used to make the purchase. Your QR code is also included in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket or get a refund?
You can change the date and/or time of your ticket up to 48 hours before the show. Check your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app — if the change option is available, you'll see a “Change date and/or time” button there. You can also contact us directly with your ticket ID to request the change. Please note that no refunds are permitted under any circumstances; see our Terms & Conditions for more information. If you purchased the Flexible cancellation add-on, different conditions apply — please refer to the FAQs for that add-on.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your ticket to anyone for free. Simply tap “Transfer Tickets” on your ticket in the Fever app. If you need help, contact us and include your ticket order number.
How long does the show last?
The concert lasts 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the show starts, and no entry is permitted once the performance has begun.
What are the different ticket types?
The venue is divided into sections — Premium, A, B, C, and D — based on the quality of the view. Seats are assigned at the entrance by our staff on a first-come, first-served basis, according to the ticket type you purchased.
Can I sit together with my friends?
Yes — if you arrive together and hold tickets for the same zone, you can sit together. We recommend arriving in good time, and our team will do their best to seat your group together.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts so you can be seated within your purchased zone. The show begins on time and the audience must already be seated beforehand — if you arrive late, out of respect for the musicians and the rest of the audience, you won't be able to enter.
Are the candles flammable?
No — for the safety of all attendees, every candle used in the performance is flameless.
Can I take photos or videos during the show?
Your phone must be on silent for the entire performance. Photos and videos are only allowed during the final piece, and without flash, as indicated by the musicians.
Will food and drinks be available to purchase?
Yes, food and beverages will be available for purchase at the venue. Please note that gluten-free and vegan options will not be available.
Is there parking available?
Yes. You can use Blue Boar Lane Car Park (ME1 1PD) or Rochester Railway Station Car Park (ME1 1EW) — The Precinct is a short walk from both.

Yes, this event takes place in an accessible venue.
Can I get a ticket for my carer or support worker?
Guests who require assistance for this experience can apply for one free ticket for their personal assistant or support worker. Contact us with proof of your need for a carer ticket, and we'll send you a voucher to redeem a free carer ticket in the Fever app, subject to availability. You'll need to show your regular ticket together with the carer ticket when entering the venue.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Pets aren't permitted at this event's venue, but service animals are always welcome.
What happens if the weather doesn't allow the event to take place?
If weather conditions affect your experience in any way — for example a change of location or a postponement — we'll notify you by email in advance.
Where is the venue and how do I get there?
The concert takes place at The Corn Exchange, Northgate, The Precinct, Rochester, Kent, ME1 1LS. From Rochester station, it's an 8–10 minute walk southeast via Corporation Street and High Street to reach The Precinct, near Rochester Cathedral — or simply follow the signs for Rochester High Street towards the historic town centre. By car, use Blue Boar Lane Car Park (ME1 1PD) or Rochester Railway Station Car Park (ME1 1EW); The Precinct is a short walk from both, and the venue itself is in Rochester's pedestrianised shopping area, near the cathedral and castle.
