Absolutely amazing!!!! I would recommend!! I would probably go in further back to be honest, I was up front and if I went back I'd go into the further sections because it isn't a large theater so you're not missing anything, it lasted an hour and it was gorgeous!

Tickets are sold by category: Premium (best visibility), Zone A (great visibility), Zone B (good visibility), Zone C (fair visibility), and Zone D (limited visibility).

The concert lasts approximately 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the start time.

Is the event indoors or outdoors?

The event takes place indoors, with assigned seating.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

How do I book a ticket for my carer?

Guests who need assistance throughout the experience can apply for one free pass for their personal assistant/support worker. Contact us with proof of needing a carer ticket (for example, DLA at the middle or higher rate, PIP, evidence of severe sight impairment, or a CredAbility Access Card). We'll then send you a voucher code to purchase your free carer ticket; each carer ticket must be purchased alongside at least one full-price ticket, and you'll need to show this proof at the venue along with your tickets.

Is the venue accessible for people with reduced mobility?

The nave has level access, and a ramp is available into the chancel; however, there is no step-free access to the galleries. There are several nearby car parks with designated disabled parking, the closest being the Birmingham Snow Hill station car park, where blue badge holders can park for free. For personalised assistance, please contact us directly.

Yes, pay-and-display on-street parking is available near the venue. There is also an NCP car park (entrance on Dale Street) approximately 200 metres away.
