Absolutely! You can sit together without any problem. To ensure contiguous seats, all you need is for the group to arrive at the same time and have tickets in the same zone. We advise coming at least 30 minutes early; our team will do everything possible to seat you together.

Can tickets be bought at the Global Omnium Auditorio box office?

There are no ticket sales at the Global Omnium Auditorio box office on the day of the event. We advise securing your spots in advance, managing everything comfortably through the Fever app or official website.

What time should I arrive? Is there a late entry policy?

We recommend arriving 30 minutes before the show to settle in comfortably. Doors close 5 minutes before the start, and to avoid disrupting the concert, no one is allowed in once the musicians are on stage.

You will be able to buy drinks at this event; however, there will be no food available.

Not at all! There's no strict dress code. We recommend a casual and relaxed style; the most important thing is that you're comfortable to fully enjoy the experience.

The Candlelight: Tribute to Phil Collins in Seville lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before, so you can arrive and settle in comfortably.

Can I leave the venue during the performance?

We ask that you try not to leave your seat while the concert is on, except for emergencies, to avoid breaking the atmosphere that is created in the venue.

Are real candles used in Candlelight concerts? Are they flammable?

No need to worry about fire. For everyone's safety, we use LED candles that simulate real light. This eliminates any danger and they don't emit heat.

Don't forget to silence your phone to fully immerse yourself in the atmosphere. Taking photos and videos without flash is only allowed in the concert's closing, when the musicians give the signal.

If the option doesn't appear, contact us with your ticket ID, which can be found in the confirmation email or the Fever app. Note that refunds are not accepted, although some events offer a flexible cancellation add-on with an alternative policy. Yes! You can buy your photo pack directly at Global Omnium Auditorio as long as it hasn't sold out. Keep in mind that if you get it in advance online, you'll have priority access, and only card payments are accepted at the venue, not cash.

When should I arrive to have my photo taken?

Make sure to arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts so we have enough time to take your photo. Your photo will be taken before the event, and the photo session will end 10 minutes before the concert begins.

When will I receive the photo?

Pick your favorite image before it's printed. You'll be able to collect the physical photo as soon as the show ends. Please don't leave without it, as it won't be kept for later.

You'll be guided to the photo area right after you enter Global Omnium Auditorio. If you need help, just ask our staff, and they'll point you in the right direction.

The package comes with 3 LED candles designed to recreate the warm, cozy light of a real candle. Since they don't use real fire, they are ideal for decorating your favorite spots safely.

Answer

Come pick up your online purchase during the event. Since the "Pack of 3 candles" is prepared exclusively for that date and venue, sales are final and no refunds are offered.

Are pets or animals allowed in Global Omnium Auditorio? What about service animals?

Answer

Pets can't attend the event. However, assistance dogs are welcome.

Do you offer free tickets for caregivers or assistants of people with disabilities?

Yes, your caregiver gets in for free! If you need an assistant for the concert, they can request a free pass. Contact us with the medical or disability proof, and we'll have the ticket ready for you.
