Candlelight: The Best of the 80s brings the biggest hits of the 1980s to the Global Omnium Auditorio, in the Acuario de Sevilla building. A string quartet performs the anthems of an unforgettable decade live, in a room lit only by candles.
This concert experience is a tribute. It is not associated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the artist, their heirs or their official representatives.

How long does the experience last?
The Candlelight: The Best of the 80s in Seville lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before, so you can arrive and settle in comfortably.
Are real candles used in Candlelight concerts? Are they flammable?
Safety is our priority, which is why we decorate the space with LED candles. They recreate the warmth of traditional light without fire or heat, ensuring a magical and completely risk-free experience.
What temperature should I expect at the concert? What clothes should I wear?
As these concerts take place in unique historic spaces, the temperature regulation varies with the seasons. We suggest coming in comfortable clothes adapted to the year's temperature to enjoy the experience to the fullest and without surprises.
Will there be food and drink service at Global Omnium Auditorio?
You will be able to buy drinks at this event; however, there will be no food available.
Can I leave the venue during the performance?
Unless it's an extreme necessity, we appreciate that you remain seated so that you and the other attendees can enjoy the concert to the fullest.
Is taking photos or recording videos allowed? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Out of respect for the artists and the audience, keep your phone on silent. You can take photos and videos without flash as a special exception in the last piece, as soon as the musicians indicate.
Can tickets be bought at the Global Omnium Auditorio box office?
We're sorry, but there will be no ticket sales at the entrances or the Global Omnium Auditorio box office. To avoid missing out, get your ticket online through the Fever app or our official website.
How does seating assignment and zoning work?
The venue has several zones with prices adjusted to the distance and perspective from the stage. Upon arriving at Global Omnium Auditorio, you'll be seated according to the order of entry and the type of ticket you purchased.
Can we sit together if we're a group?
Yes, you can sit together! To ensure contiguous seats, you need to arrive together and have passes for the same zone. We recommend arriving 30 minutes early so our team can seat you together easily.
Can tickets for Candlelight: The Best of the 80s be gifted?
Sure! You can buy a Candlelight Gift Card and let them choose their favorite concert on the day that suits them best. Already have a ticket for a specific day? No problem, use the "Transfer Tickets" option in the Fever app and send it as a gift.
What is "Candlelight Photo"?
If you want a unique keepsake, get this pack and enjoy a photo session in an exclusive space inside Global Omnium Auditorio. You'll receive an instant Polaroid-style photo printed on the spot.
Can I buy "Candlelight Photo" photos at Global Omnium Auditorio?
Yes! You can buy your photo pack directly at Global Omnium Auditorio as long as it hasn't sold out. Keep in mind that if you get it in advance online, you'll have priority access, and only card payments are accepted at the venue, not cash.
When will I receive the photo?
Decide which photo you like best before it goes to paper. It will be all ready for you at the end of the concert. Make sure to pick it up before you leave, as it won't be possible to keep it for later.
What does the "Pack of 3 candles" include? Are they real?
This pack contains 3 LED candles that imitate the warm glow characteristic of a real candle. Since they have no fire, they are safe and perfect for adding a cozy touch to your home.
What is the "Pack of 3 candles" pickup and return policy?
Don't forget to take your online-bought candles home during the concert. As it's a product tied to a specific date and venue, the "Pack of 3 candles" cannot be returned, and its sale is final.
Where can I find my tickets for Candlelight: The Best of the 80s in Seville?
Your tickets are saved in the "Tickets" section within the Fever app (available on Apple App Store or Google Play). Simply log in with the same account or method you used to buy them. You'll also receive a confirmation email with your QR code. Being 100% digital tickets, there's no need to print anything.
Can I transfer or send my tickets to another person?
Of course! Passing your tickets to someone else is totally free. Just open the Fever app, find your tickets, and tap "Transfer tickets." If you have any questions or need a hand, contact us with the booking details and don't forget to include your ticket number.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
You can change the date of your ticket up to 24 hours before the event from the "Tickets" section of the Fever app. If the option is available, the "Change date/time" button will appear, and you can follow the instructions. If the option doesn't appear, contact us with your ticket ID, which can be found in the confirmation email or the Fever app. Note that refunds are not accepted, although some events offer a flexible cancellation add-on with an alternative policy. What time should I arrive? Is there a late entry policy?
We recommend arriving about 30 minutes before the concert starts so you can settle in comfortably. The doors will close 5 minutes before the start, and once the show begins, late entry will not be allowed to avoid interrupting the musicians and other attendees.
When should I arrive to have my photo taken?
Try to arrive 30 minutes early to ensure your photo session goes smoothly. Photos are always taken before the event, and the space will close 10 minutes before the start.
Where do I have to go to have my photo taken?
You'll get directions to the photo area once you enter Global Omnium Auditorio. If you have any questions, any of our staff will be happy to help you.
Is there parking available at Global Omnium Auditorio?
Unfortunately, there is no parking available for attendees, so we recommend using public transportation.
Is there a dress code for Candlelight concerts?
Not at all! There's no strict dress code. We recommend a casual and relaxed style; the most important thing is that you're comfortable to fully enjoy the experience.
Are pets or animals allowed in Global Omnium Auditorio? What about service animals?
Pets are not allowed in the venue, but guide dogs and assistance dogs are welcome.
Do you offer free tickets for caregivers or assistants of people with disabilities?
Yes, spectators who need assistance during this experience are entitled to request a free pass for their personal assistant or caregiver. Please contact us with proof that you need a ticket for an assistant.
Is Global Omnium Auditorio accessible for people with reduced mobility (PRM)?
Yes, the event takes place in an accessible venue with entrances adapted for wheelchair users and people with reduced mobility.
