Where can I find my ticket?

You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email.

Can I change my ticket?

Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before your experience starts. Please contact us quoting your ticket number. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, refer to our T&Cs.

Can I buy tickets at the venue?

Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event.

What different ticket types are available?

There are different zones and seats depending on the visibility you want. The "Premium" ticket shows on your ticket as "Luneta Baja II", the section's official name inside the venue, and is considered Premium for the excellent visibility it offers in the central area facing the stage. "Choir" seats offer good visibility and proximity to the stage, located behind the musicians.

How long does the experience last?

The concert lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the start time.

Is the venue indoor or outdoor?

The experience takes place indoors, with assigned seating.

Is food served?

The venue sells simple food and drinks.

Is parking available?

The venue has its own parking, with limited capacity, at an additional cost.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Can I book a ticket for my carer?

Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to apply for 1 free pass for their personal assistant or carer. You must hold a valid ticket before applying; please contact us with your supporting documentation.

The whole building is designed to be accessible for people using wheelchairs or crutches.
