What are the different ticket types?

There are different zones and seats depending on the visibility you'd like. The "Premium" ticket appears as "Luneta Baja II" (the section's official name) and offers excellent visibility in the central area facing the stage. "Coro" seats offer good visibility and proximity to the stage, located behind the musicians.

Can I buy tickets at the venue?

Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event.

Can I change my ticket?

Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are permitted up to 48 hours before your experience starts. Contact us with your ticket number. No refunds are allowed under any circumstances.

How long does the experience last?

The concert lasts approximately 60 minutes. Doors open 60 minutes before, and no entry is allowed once the concert starts.

Is the experience indoors or outdoors?

The experience takes place indoors, with assigned seating.

Is food served?

The venue sells simple food and drinks.

Is parking available?

The venue has its own parking (limited spaces) for an additional cost.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Can I book a ticket for my carer?

Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to 1 free pass for their personal assistant. Once you've purchased your own ticket (a valid ticket is required before applying), contact us with supporting documentation.
