Where can I find my ticket?

You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store and Google Play): log in with the same account you used to purchase. You'll also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email. You don't need to print anything, just show your ticket from your phone at the entrance.

Can I change my ticket or get a refund?

A refund is not possible under any circumstances, as stated in our Terms & Conditions. However, date changes are possible up to 48 hours in advance: contact us with your ticket ID, or check in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app whether the "Change date and/or time" button is available.

Can I transfer my tickets to another person?

Yes, you can transfer tickets to another person for free. Just tap "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. Please contact us if you need help, including your ticket order number.

Is the concert indoors or outdoors?

The experience takes place indoors, with assigned seating, in the historic wine cellar of Schloss Arenfels.

Are food and drinks available on site?

You can buy food and drinks at this event, though please note that gluten-free or vegan options are not guaranteed.

Is there parking on site?

Yes, there is free parking on site (Schloss Arenfels' outdoor car park).

Is there an age requirement for the event?

All guests must be at least 8 years old. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

What happens if weather conditions don't allow the event to take place?

If weather conditions affect your experience in any way, such as a change of venue or a postponement, we'll of course notify you by email in advance.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Unfortunately, this experience could not be organised at a wheelchair-accessible venue, as Schloss Arenfels is not accessible due to the building's historic character. We do our best to make all our experiences accessible, and we encourage you to look for other experiences in your city.

Can I bring pets? Are service dogs allowed?

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at this venue, though service animals are welcome.

Are carer tickets available?

Guests who need help during this experience can apply for a free ticket for their personal carer. Contact us here with proof of your assistance needs, and we'll provide you with a voucher to buy your free carer ticket in the Fever app, subject to availability. Please note that you'll need to show your regular ticket together with the carer ticket at entry.

What are the ticket zones, and can I sit with friends?

The historic wine cellar is divided into zones A, B, C and D, based on view quality. Seats are assigned at the entrance by our staff, by order of arrival and by ticket type purchased. If you arrive together and hold tickets for the same zone, you can sit with your friends. We recommend arriving early.

How do I get to the venue?

Schloss Arenfels (Schloss Arenfels 0, 53557 Bad Hönningen) is easy to reach by car or public transport. From both Bonn and Koblenz, take the B42 to the Bad Hönningen exit. Bad Hönningen station (RE8, RB27) is about a 20 minute walk away.

When should I arrive?

Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts to get a seat in your purchased zone. The concert starts on time and the audience must already be seated. If you arrive late, out of respect for the musicians and the audience you won't be admitted to the show.

Can I use my phone during the show, or leave the room?

Your phone must be on silent for the whole performance. Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, please only leave your seat in an emergency.

Are the candles flammable?

For everyone's safety, please note that all candles will be flameless.
