Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the 'Tickets' section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Remember to log in with the same method you used to purchase. You'll also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email. Nothing needs to be printed.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer tickets to another person for free. Just tap 'Transfer tickets' on your ticket in the Fever app. Please contact us if you need further help. Remember to include your ticket order number.
Can I change my ticket?
For this experience, date changes are possible up to 48 hours in advance. If you'd like to make a change, contact us with your ticket ID. A refund is not possible under any circumstances. For more information, see our Terms and Conditions.
How long does the concert last?
The concert lasts 60 minutes. No intermission is planned. Doors open 30 minutes before the concert starts. Late entry after the concert has started is not possible!
Is the event indoors or outdoors?
The event takes place indoors, with assigned seating.
Are food and drinks available to buy on site?
You can buy food and drinks at this event; please note, however, that gluten-free or vegan options are not guaranteed.
Is there parking on site?
Yes, there is free parking on site (the outdoor car parks of Schloss Arenfels).
Is there an age restriction for the event?
All guests must be at least 8 years old to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Are there tickets for carers?
Guests who need help during this experience can request a free ticket for their personal carer. Please contact us here with proof of your need for support. Once we receive the proof, we'll provide you with a voucher you can use to purchase the free carer ticket in the Fever app (subject to availability). Please note that you'll need to show your regular ticket together with the carer ticket at entry.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Unfortunately, this experience could not be organised at a wheelchair-accessible venue. Due to the building's history, Schloss Arenfels is not wheelchair accessible. We do our best to make all our experiences accessible, and encourage you to look for other experiences in your city.
Can I use my mobile phone during the performance?
Your phone must be switched to silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos may only be taken during the final piece and without flash, as indicated by our musicians.
Where does the experience take place?
The experience takes place in the historic wine cellar (Fassweinkeller) of Schloss Arenfels. The address is Schloss Arenfels 0, 53557 Bad Hönningen.
How do I get to the venue?
Schloss Arenfels is easily reached by car or public transport. From both Bonn and Koblenz, you can reach the castle by car via the B42, exit Bad Hönningen. Bad Hönningen train station (RE8, RB27) is about a 20-minute walk away.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at this venue, but service animals are welcome.
What happens if weather conditions don't allow the event to take place?
Should weather conditions affect your experience in any way (venue change/postponement), we will of course notify you by email in advance.
Can I buy tickets at the door?
Tickets are not available at the venue; they can only be purchased via the Fever app or the Fever website.
