Absolutely amazing!!!! I would recommend!! I would probably go in further back to be honest, I was up front and if I went back I'd go into the further sections because it isn't a large theater so you're not missing anything, it lasted an hour and it was gorgeous!

Where can I find my ticket?

You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (downloadable from the Apple App Store or Google Play), logged in with the same method used to make the purchase. You'll also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.

Can I change my ticket or get a refund?

Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time up to 48 hours before the start of your experience — just contact us with your ticket ID. No refunds are permitted under any circumstances, unless you purchased the Flexible cancellation add-on.

Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free — just tap "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. Make sure to include your ticket order number if you need help.

How long does the show last?

The show lasts 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the show and no entry is allowed once it has started.

Is this an indoor or outdoor venue?

The concert takes place indoors, with assigned seating.

What are the different ticket types?

The venue is divided into Premium, A, B, C and D sections based on view quality. Seats are assigned at the entrance by our staff on a first-come, first-served basis within your purchased zone.

Can I sit together with my friends?

Yes — if you arrive together and all hold tickets for the same zone, we'll do our best to seat you together. We recommend arriving in good time.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Are the candles real flames?

For the safety of attendees, all candles used are flameless.

When should I arrive?

Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the show starts to be seated in your purchased zone. The show begins on time and, out of respect for the musicians and other guests, latecomers will not be admitted.

Can I use my phone during the performance?

Your phone must be on silent mode throughout the performance. Photos and videos may only be taken during the final piece, without flash, as indicated by the musicians.

Can I leave the room during the performance?

Out of respect for the musicians and audience, you won't be able to leave your seat except in an emergency.

Will food and drinks be available?

Yes, food and drinks will be available for purchase, though there won't be gluten-free or vegan options.

Can I bring animals?

Pets aren't allowed, but service animals are welcome.

Is the venue accessible?

Yes, the event is held in a wheelchair-accessible venue.

Can I get a ticket for my carer?

Guests who need assistance throughout the experience can apply for one free pass for their personal assistant/carer. Contact us with proof of your carer requirement once you've purchased your own ticket.
