Description
We built this evening around one belief: that Chardonnay deserves to be explored properly - not rushed, not lectured at, but savoured.
Six wines. 125ml of each. Moving from the precision of Maison Champagne Poirot and Louis Jadot to the richer expressions of Errazuriz, Zuccardi, Villa Maria and Résonance.
One grape. Six revelations.
Hosted in the private dining room of Courtyard Wine Cellars - one of Covent Garden's finest wine venues - with fine food throughout and places strictly limited per session.
No wine knowledge required. Just an open mind and an appetite.
