More than an exhibition, Timewalk is a deeply human story of memory, legacy and connection across time: walk through ancient cities, sail the Nile at sunset, pass beneath the legendary Ishtar Gate and witness the beliefs, innovations and monuments that shaped the modern world. Do I need to print my ticket?
No, if you purchased your tickets through Fever, your contactless tickets will be delivered directly to the Fever App.
What is the exchange policy? Are refunds allowed?
Timewalk Exhibition tickets are non-refundable as a general rule. Refunds are only considered for documented exceptional circumstances (force majeure, or an operational failure on Timewalk's side). No refunds are issued for change of plans, no-shows, travel issues or expired tickets. Exchanges to another date or time are permitted up to 48 hours before your session, subject to availability — contact Fever to arrange one.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, tickets can be transferred to another person free of charge. For any questions about your booking, please contact the ticket provider directly via the Fever Support Centre.
How long does the experience last?
The exhibition lasts approximately 60 minutes.
Where is Timewalk Exhibition located?
The exhibition takes place at Immerse LDN, ExCeL London Waterfront, Royal Victoria Dock, 1 Western Gateway, London E16 1XL. The entrance is via the new dockside entrance along the ExCeL Waterfront.
Does the experience take place indoors or outdoors?
The exhibition is held in an indoor, air-conditioned venue.
Will food and drinks be available on-site for purchase?
Food and drinks are available for purchase on-site at the gift shop area. Outside food and beverages aren't permitted inside the exhibition (sealed bottled water is fine).
Is there parking available?
Immerse LDN offers on-site parking, subject to availability: pre-booked parking for up to 4 hours is £15 (£30 on the day or over 4 hours). Blue Badge parking can be pre-booked through the ExCeL London website.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
