• Tortollini of artichokes, ricotta & lemon (v) served with aubergine, peppers & oregano, and a tempura of courgette
• Linguine of Devonshire crab served with parsley, shallot & chilli, and shellfish bisque
• 12oz dry aged Aberdeenshire rib-eye steak served medium rare
• Truffle Aberdeenshire rib-steak hamburger served with black truffle mayonnaise, Gruyère de Comté cheese, roast mushrooms and thrice cooked chips
