We have various areas priced according to visibility and closeness to the stage. Our staff will seat you as you arrive at Hotel Miramar, strictly following the order of arrival and the zone of your ticket.

Can we sit together if we're a group?

Answer

Absolutely! You can sit together without any problem. To ensure contiguous seats, all you need is for the group to arrive at the same time and have tickets in the same zone. We advise coming at least 30 minutes early; our team will do everything possible to seat you together.

Can tickets be bought at the Hotel Miramar box office?

Answer

It's not possible to buy your tickets directly at Hotel Miramar. Tickets are available exclusively through Fever, either by visiting the official website or downloading the mobile app.

What time should I arrive? Is there a late entry policy?

It's best to come at least 30 minutes early to sit down calmly. Remember, doors close 5 minutes before the show starts, and if the concert has already begun, you won't be able to enter. We want to ensure the best experience for everyone!

You will be able to buy drinks at this event; however, there will be no food available.

What temperature should I expect at the concert? What clothes should I wear?

The historic spaces where the events take place can have temperature variations depending on the date. We advise dressing in clothes suitable for the season so you can enjoy the concert with the utmost comfort.

We don't require any formal dress code. We suggest coming in casual, comfortable clothes; the main thing for us is that you feel good throughout the concert.

How long does the experience last?

Answer

The Candlelight: The Best of the 80s in Malaga lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before, so you can arrive and settle in comfortably.

Can I leave the venue during the performance?

Answer

Unless it's an emergency, we appreciate that you don't get up from your seat. This helps us maintain the special atmosphere of the event.

Are real candles used in Candlelight concerts? Are they flammable?

Answer

For your total peace of mind, we only use LED candles at our concerts. They achieve that characteristic flicker of a real flame but without actual flames, eliminating risks and without emitting heat.

Is taking photos or recording videos allowed? Can I use my phone during the performance?

Answer

We appreciate you silencing your phone before the show. Recordings and photos without flash are reserved only for the last song of the performance, as communicated by the artists themselves.

Your digital tickets await you in the Fever app (available on Google Play and Apple App Store), under the "Tickets" tab. Log in with the same profile you used to buy them. The QR code will also be in your confirmation email. Forget paper; you don't need to print anything to get in.

Of course, sharing your tickets won't cost you anything. Just go to your Fever app profile, tap your ticket, and select "Transfer Tickets." If you need help, contact us with your ticket number.

Of course! The best way is to buy a Candlelight Gift Card so they can freely choose the date and tribute concert they want. If you already have tickets for a specific day, gift them directly through the "Transfer Tickets" tab in the Fever app.

You can change the date of your ticket up to 24 hours before the event from the "Tickets" section of the Fever app. If the option is available, the "Change date/time" button will appear, and you can follow the instructions. If the option doesn't appear, contact us with your ticket ID, which can be found in the confirmation email or the Fever app. Note that refunds are not accepted, although some events offer a flexible cancellation add-on with an alternative policy. If there is still availability, you can purchase your Candlelight Photo at the venue itself, paying exclusively with a credit or debit card. Remember, online buyers have priority over sales at Hotel Miramar.

Try to come 30 minutes early to go through the photo area. The session will close strictly 10 minutes before the music starts.

Choose your favorite pose for the instant print. While you're enjoying the music, our team will be preparing it for you to take home. Make sure to pick it up before you leave - we can't store it afterwards!

The package includes 3 high-quality LED candles that perfectly recreate the warm, flickering glow of candlelight. They are not real, so they are completely safe and ideal for decorating your home.

What is the "Pack of 3 candles" pickup and return policy?

Answer

All packages purchased online must be picked up at the designated venue location during the event. Since the "Pack of 3 candles" is tied to the specific date and location of the Candlelight event, all additional candle packages purchased online and picked up on-site are non-refundable and non-returnable. All sales are final.

Are pets or animals allowed in Hotel Miramar? What about service animals?

Pets can't attend the event. However, assistance dogs are welcome.
