The Herzogsaal in Regensburg is a historic banquet hall that is part of the Old Town Hall. In the Middle Ages, it served as a representative meeting place for princes and high-ranking guests. The architecture is particularly impressive with its richly decorated wooden ceilings and elaborate wall paintings.

What ticket types are available?
The hall is divided into Zones A, B, C and D based on view quality. Seats are assigned by our staff at the entrance, in order of arrival and according to your ticket type.
Can I sit with friends?
Yes, if you arrive together and all hold tickets for the same zone. Please arrive early, and we'll do our best to seat you together.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets are not available at the venue; they can only be purchased through the Fever app or website.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer tickets for free. Just tap "Transfer tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app and provide your order number. Contact us if you need any further help.
Can I change my ticket?
For this experience, date changes are possible up to 48 hours in advance; please contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not possible under any circumstances. For more information, see our Terms & Conditions.
Are there tickets for caretakers?
Guests who need assistance during the experience can request a free ticket for their caretaker. Contact us with the relevant documentation; we'll then send you a voucher to buy the free caretaker ticket in the app. Please show both tickets at entry.
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the App Store and Google Play). Sign in with the same method you used to purchase. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email; there's no need to print anything.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be at least 8 years old. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Are the candles real flames?
No, for everyone's safety all candles are flameless.
When should I arrive, and how long does the experience last?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts. The concert lasts 60 minutes with no interval and begins on time; latecomers cannot be admitted, out of respect for the musicians and the audience.
Can I take photos or videos during the show?
Your phone must be on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos without flash are allowed only during the final piece, as indicated by the musicians.
What happens if the weather doesn't allow the event to go ahead?
If weather conditions affect your experience in any way (such as a venue change or postponement), we'll notify you in advance by email.

How do I get to the venue?
The Herzogsaal is right in the heart of Regensburg's old town and is just a few minutes' walk from the city centre. From the main train station, it's about a 10-15 minute walk, or a short bus ride into the centre.
Can I bring animals?
Pets are unfortunately not allowed at this venue, but service animals are welcome.

Unfortunately, this experience could not be organised at a fully accessible venue. We do our best to make all our experiences accessible, and we encourage you to look for other experiences in your city.
