How long does the experience last?
The experience lasts about 60 minutes.
What are the different ticket types available?
The following ticket types are available: Zone A, Zone B, Zone C. Seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis within each zone.
Can I buy a ticket at the venue on the day of the event?
Tickets cannot be purchased on site. All tickets must be purchased via the app or the website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event.
Do I need to buy a ticket for the person who assists me?
Guests who need assistance during the event are entitled to a free ticket for their companion/carer. If you need a ticket for your companion, contact us. We will provide you with a voucher code you can use to get the free ticket for your companion/carer (subject to availability). Please note that both your ticket and your companion's ticket must be shown on the day of the event.
What are the age requirements to attend the event?
Yes, this show is for ages 5+. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I sit next to my friends?
Yes, you can sit with your friends if you arrive together and have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving on time and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Will there be strobe lights?
Yes, this event uses strobe light effects.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, the date and/or time can be changed up to 48 hours before the start of the experience. In that case, please contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, you can check our T&Cs.

Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the start of the show to be assigned a seat in the zone you purchased. The show will start on time and the audience must already be seated beforehand. Out of respect for the artists and the audience, latecomers will not be allowed into the show.

What happens if the weather conditions do not allow the event to take place?
If weather conditions affect your experience in any way (change of venue/postponement), we will let you know in advance by email.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost. It's easy: click "Transfer tickets" on the ticket in the Fever app. For further help, don't hesitate to contact us stating your ticket ID.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available to download from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Remember to log in with the same login method you used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in the purchase confirmation email.
Do I need to print my ticket?
You don't need to print your ticket; it will be validated via the Fever app when you arrive at the venue.
