Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the 'Tickets' section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time up to 48 hours in advance. To make the change, please contact us and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase. No refunds are permitted under any circumstances. For more information, you can consult our T&Cs.
How long does the experience last?
The experience lasts approximately 60 minutes.
What are the different ticket types?
There is one ticket type: Biglietto standard. Seating is assigned on a first come, first served basis.

How do I get to the venue?
The venue is in the Celadina district and is easy to reach on foot if you are in the east of the city. Alternatively: By car: The venue is easy to reach via the SS671 (Circonvallazione delle Valli), exit Bergamo/Celadina. Public transport: You can take ATB lines 7 or 8, getting off at the "Celadina" or "Daste e Spalenga" stops, which are just a few steps from the entrance.
Are food and drink available at the venue?
Yes, food and drink will be available to buy at Daste Bistrò, located inside the venue.

Unfortunately, the venue does not have on-site parking. However, you can park on the surrounding streets or in the designated parking areas nearby.

Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you won't be able to leave your seat except in an emergency.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts so you can be assigned a seat in the zone you have bought. The concert will start on time and the audience must already be seated. Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, latecomers arriving more than 10 minutes late will not be admitted to the show.
What happens if the weather doesn't allow the event to go ahead?
If the weather affects your experience in any way (change of venue/postponement), we will let you know in advance by email.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost. It's easy: click "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. For further help, don't hesitate to contact us, quoting your ticket ID.

There's no need to print your ticket, which will be validated through the Fever app when you arrive at the venue.
