Absolutely amazing!!!! I would recommend!! I would probably go in further back to be honest, I was up front and if I went back I'd go into the further sections because it isn't a large theater so you're not missing anything, it lasted an hour and it was gorgeous!

About the venueThe Guildhall Museum

The Great Hall was built in around 1390. Over the centuries, the building has served a number of purposes, from its first role as a meeting place for the Guild of Corpus Christi, to a public performance space where even Shakespeare may have acted. It has also been home to one of the oldest public libraries, the town hall and even a police station.

Where can I find my ticket?

You can find it in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the App Store or Google Play). Log in with the same method you used to make the purchase — you'll also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.

Can I change my ticket, and are refunds allowed?

Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time up to 48 hours before the experience starts — just contact us with your ticket ID. No refunds are allowed unless you purchased a flexible cancellation ticket (see below).

What is the flexible cancellation ticket?

Available for selected events, it lets you cancel and get a refund (minus a 10% fee), or exchange for a voucher of the same value, up to 48 hours before the experience starts. No documentation is required — just contact us to request it. Note it becomes non-refundable if transferred to someone else.

How long does the show last?

About 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the show, and there's no entry once it has started.

Is the venue indoors or outdoors?

Indoor venue, with assigned seating within your purchased zone.

Is food or drink available?

Food isn't available as part of this experience, but there is a fully stocked bar.

Is there parking available?

There's no parking at the Guildhall itself, but there are several car parks within a 5-10 minute walk, such as Highcross, St Nicholas Circle and Applegate (Blue Badge holders only).

Is there an age requirement for the event?

All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Can I book a ticket for my carer?

Guests who need assistance throughout the experience can apply for one free pass for their Personal Assistant/Support worker (each carer's ticket must be bought alongside at least one other full-price ticket). Contact us with proof of needing a carer ticket — accepted documents include middle/higher rate DLA for care and/or mobility, proof of Personal Independence Payment (PIP), evidence of being severely sight impaired, or a CredAbility Access Card (+1 category requirement). You'll need to show this alongside your tickets to enter.

Does this venue have disability access?

The ground floor of the venue is accessible, but please be aware that the streets surrounding the venue are cobbled.

What are the different ticket types?

Premium (front row), Zone A (excellent visibility), Zone B (good visibility) and Zone C (okay visibility).

Can I buy tickets at the venue?

No, tickets aren't available for purchase at the venue — all tickets must be bought through the Fever app or website (www.feverup.com) before arriving.

Can I bring animals?

Animals aren't allowed, except for service animals.
