Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store or Google Play); sign in with the same login method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your purchase confirmation email – no need to print anything.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time of your ticket up to 48 hours before the experience starts. Please contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not possible under any circumstances.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost. Just tap “Transfer tickets” on your ticket in the Fever app.
How long does the concert last and when should I arrive?
The concert lasts 60 minutes, with no intermission. Doors open 40 minutes before the concert starts. Latecomers cannot be admitted once the concert has started.
Is the concert held indoors or outdoors?
Indoors, with assigned seating.
Are food and drinks available?
No food or drink catering will be available at the venue.
Is there parking available?
The venue has numerous free spaces and around 900 low-cost parking spaces. The car park at the HCC is open around the clock.
What is the minimum age to attend the event?
All guests must be at least 8 years old to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests who need assistance throughout the experience are entitled to one free ticket for their carer. After buying your ticket, send us the relevant supporting document; we'll then provide a code to buy the free companion ticket (subject to availability). Please show the regular ticket together with the companion ticket at entry.
Does the venue have accessible access?
The lift serving zones A to D involves a small detour; on-site staff can accompany you if needed.
Can I take photos or videos during the show?
Photos and videos may only be taken during the final piece and without flash, as indicated by our musicians.
What different ticket types are available?
There are tickets for Zone A, B and C, as well as gallery seats.
Can I sit together with friends?
Yes, if you arrive together and all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving early and we'll do our best to seat you together.
Are the candles a fire hazard?
For guests' safety, all candles will be flameless.
Can I use my phone during the show?
Your phone must stay on silent mode throughout the performance.
Can I leave the concert hall during the show?
Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you may only leave your seat in case of an emergency.
Can I buy tickets at the venue on the day?
No, tickets cannot be bought at the venue. All tickets must be purchased in advance through the app or website (www.feverup.com).
What is “Candlelight Photo”?
An optional, paid add-on: you get photographed in a dedicated area and receive a printed Polaroid-style instant photo as a keepsake. You'll get a separate QR code by email to show the photographer on site; the photo session usually takes place after the concert, and prints are made and collected on site (you must collect them there, as they can't be kept for later). Subject to availability, photos can also be bought on site by card; cash is not accepted.
