Guided Tour with Cristiano Mascaro | Recortes Exhibition
On São Paulo's anniversary, Unibes Cultural hosts a special guided tour with the photographer Cristiano Mascaro as part of the opening program for the Recortes exhibition. Alongside the artist, the audience walks through the show while Mascaro shares reflections on his relationship with the city and on the dialogue between photography and architecture in his career.
The exhibition features analog and digital photographs produced over decades, revealing both panoramas of the urban landscape and close-ups of facades, structures, shadows, and geometries. During the visit, the photographer discusses images of emblematic places in the capital, such as Avenida São João, the Elevado Presidente João Goulart (Minhocão), the Eusébio Stevaux Viaduct, and the Filomena Matarazzo Maternity Hospital.
The guided tour enriches the public's experience by deepening the reading of images and the urban transformations of São Paulo over time.
