🎉 A tribute to São Paulo on its anniversary
Come celebrate São Paulo's birthday at Unibes Cultural. On January 25, 2026, the exhibition Recortes by Cristiano Mascaro invites the public to observe the city through urban and architectural photographs by one of the leading names in Brazilian photography. The exhibition features analog and digital images produced over different periods of his career, revealing São Paulo in its rhythms, scales, and transformations. Curated by Luiz Armando Bagolin and Flávio Cohn.

👤 About the artist
Cristiano Mascaro is a photographer and architect, graduated from FAU-USP. He worked as a photojournalist for Veja magazine, has been a university professor, directed the Audiovisual Resources Laboratory at FAU-USP, and holds a doctorate from USP. He has received awards such as the Abril Journalism Award, the Porto Seguro Photography Special Award, and recognition from APCA for his contribution to urban documentation. Currently, he focuses on personal projects and maintains the 15th Floor studio in downtown São Paulo.
