SOCIAL ICE SESSIONS by COOL MOVE COMMUNITY
Start and end the week with energy, community and contrast. Social Ice Sessions are open and social ice bath and sauna sessions, perfect for connecting, recharging and discovering your best self in good company.

The experience
Contrast therapy in free flow format: free access for 1 ½ hours to our ice baths (3–9 °C) and Finnish sauna (70–95 °C). Arrive when you can, move at your own pace and alternate between cold and heat as you prefer. No shifts or marked rounds: freedom, flow and fun.

Mood music and atmosphere
A relaxed and energetic environment. No distractions: community, music, and the power of contrast.
