What can I expect at "Ballet of Lights"?

How long does the experience last?
The show lasts about 60 minutes.
Where does the experience take place?
The show takes place in the Forum of the Bundeskunsthalle. (Helmut-Kohl-Allee 4, 53113 Bonn)
When should I be at the venue?
Entry to the Bundeskunsthalle is possible before the show starts. Entry to the Forum begins approximately 30 minutes before the show starts. We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before the show starts.
How do I get to the venue?
The Bundeskunsthalle is located right on the Museumsmeile and is very well connected to public transport. Public transport in the area: U-Bahn/Tram: Lines 16, 63 and 66 – Heussallee/Museumsmeile stop (a few minutes' walk). Regional train: Lines RE 5, RB 26, RB 48 and RB 30 – UN Campus stop, right next to the Bundeskunsthalle. Bus: Lines 610, 611 and 634 – UN Campus Bahnhof and Marie-Kahle-Allee stops in the immediate vicinity. Car & parking: Parkhaus Museumsmeile (Emil-Nolde-Straße 11) with 535 spaces; additional coach parking in front of the car park and in the Rheinaue. Disabled parking: At the entrance driveway of the Bundeskunsthalle and Kunstmuseum (Helmut-Kohl-Allee 2–4), as well as on Emil-Nolde-Straße and in the car park. Please check the Bundeskunsthalle website for detailed and up-to-date information.
Is taking photos or filming allowed?
Taking photos without flash is permitted during the show, but filming is not. However, for the best possible experience for you and all other guests, we recommend only taking photos at the end during the bows, so the performance can be enjoyed undisturbed.
Can I bring animals?
Animals may not be taken into the event spaces, but trained assistance dogs are permitted. If you are accompanied by a service animal, please contact us with your ticket order number (ticket ID) and state "Bringing a service animal" in the subject line.
Does the venue have barrier-free access?
Yes, the venue is accessible for people with reduced mobility.
Does the venue have toilets?
Yes, there are toilets. Feel free to ask our on-site staff if you have any questions.
Are strobe lights used at the venue?
No, no strobe lights are used in this show.
What are the different ticket types?
The following ticket types are available: VIP (Erste Reihe), Zone A, Zone B, Zone C (Parkett), Rollstuhlplatz. Seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis within each zone.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets cannot be purchased at the venue. All tickets must be purchased via the Fever app or the website (www.feverup.com) before attending the event.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Yes, guests who need support throughout the experience can request a free ticket for their carer. Please buy your own ticket first and then contact us with your ticket order number (ticket ID) and the subject "Free ticket for carers".
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your ticket free of charge. To do so, click "Transfer tickets" in the Fever app. If you need help, please contact us stating your ticket order number (ticket ID).
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, your ticket will be validated contactlessly in the Fever app. Printing it is therefore not necessary.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket with the QR code in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app. If you haven't installed the app yet, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Make sure you log in with the account you used to purchase the tickets. If you can't find your ticket, please contact us stating your ticket order number (ticket ID).
Is there an age restriction for the event?
Yes, this show is for ages 5+. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I still get into the show after it has started?
Entry is not possible after the start. To ensure the best possible experience for all guests present, we ask you to arrive in good time.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes to the date and/or time are possible up to 48 hours before the start of the experience. In that case, please contact us with your ticket order number (ticket ID) if you have any further questions. Unfortunately, a refund is not possible.
