The Aula Magna is a 1,547-seat amphitheater located in the Rectory building of the University of Lisbon. It is a reference space for artistic, scientific and institutional events, with simultaneous translation booths, dressing rooms, air conditioning and parking for loading and unloading.

What are the different ticket types?

Seats are split into zones — Zone A (best visibility), Zone B (very good visibility), Zone C (good visibility) and Zone D (average visibility) — and are assigned on arrival with the help of our staff, in order of arrival and according to the ticket type purchased (each zone spans more than one row of seats).

Can I buy tickets at the venue?

No. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event.

Can I book a ticket for my carer?

Yes. Anyone needing assistance throughout the experience is entitled to 1 free ticket for their companion/carer. Once you've bought your own ticket, contact us with supporting documentation.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

All guests must be at least 8 years old. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Can I change my ticket or get a refund?

Depending on availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before the event starts — contact us with your ticket ID. No refunds are allowed unless you've purchased a Flexible Refund Ticket.

What is the Flexible Refund Ticket?

It lets you request a full refund if you can't attend the event. You can return it and get a full refund by contacting us up to 48 hours before the event starts, with no documentation required. Note it becomes non-refundable if the ticket is transferred to another user.

How long does the show last?

The concert lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the start and close 5 minutes before it begins — no entry is allowed once the concert has started.

Is the event indoors or outdoors?
