Where can I find my ticket?

You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play), logged in with the same method you used to purchase. Your QR code is also in your purchase confirmation email.

Can I change my ticket?

Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. Please contact us indicating your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. See our T&Cs for more information.

Can I buy tickets at the venue?

Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website prior to arriving at the event.

What are the different ticket types?

Zone A (VIP Leather Seating), Zone B (Mezzanine Table Top Seating), Zone C (Table Top Seating), and Zone D (Theatre Style Seating). Seating is assigned on a first come, first served basis within each zone.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

How long does the experience last?

The concert lasts 60 minutes. Doors open 60 minutes before the show, and no entry is permitted once it has started.

Is the venue indoor or outdoor?

The concert takes place indoors, with assigned seating.

Is there food or drink available?

A selection of wine, beer, cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages will be available for separate purchase at the venue.

Is there parking available?

Limited street parking is available, as well as various paid parking lots nearby.

Can I book a ticket for my carer/caretaker?

Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to apply for 1 free pass for their caretaker. Once you have purchased your ticket, please contact us for more information.

What is the policy for Candle 3-Packs purchased online?

All Candle 3-Packs purchased online must be collected at the designated location at the venue on the day of your event. As this add-on is tied to the specific date and location of your Candlelight event, it is non-refundable and non-returnable once purchased — all sales are final.
