Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play); remember to log in with the same method used to purchase. You'll also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket date or get a refund?
Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are permitted up to 48 hours before your experience starts; contact us with your ticket ID. No refunds are allowed unless you purchased a flexible cancellation ticket, which lets you request a full refund (minus a 10% fee) up to 48 hours before.
Is there food served?
Light snacks and refreshments are served by the cashless retail bar.
Is there parking available?
There are various car parks located nearby, on Abingdon Street, Horseferry Road, Rochester Row and Semley Place.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
How do I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to one free Personal Assistant/Support Worker pass; each carer ticket must be purchased alongside at least one full-price ticket. Contact us with proof, such as Middle or Higher rate DLA for care and/or mobility, a Personal Independence Payment (PIP) receipt, evidence of being severely sight impaired, or a CredAbility Access Card, and you'll receive a voucher code to purchase the free ticket.

What is "Snapshot by Candlelight" and how does it work?
It's an optional paid photo package: you get your picture taken in a designated area and receive one instant polaroid-style print as a souvenir. Photos are taken before the show, ending 10 minutes before the concert starts, so arrive at least 30 minutes early. You'll get an emailed QR code (separate from your concert ticket) that staff validate before your photo; you choose your shot before it's printed and collect it at the exit, as staff can't keep pictures for you afterwards. It can also be bought at the venue if not sold out (online purchasers get priority, and on-site sales are card-only). Refunds are only given if the photo opportunity is cancelled for internal reasons.
How long does the experience last?
The concert lasts 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the show and close 15 minutes before; late entry is not permitted.
What are the different ticket types?
Premium offers front-row seating; Zone A and Zone B are in the stalls with good visibility; Zone C is in the middle of the balcony and Zone D on the sides. Seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis within your purchased zone, so buy your tickets together to sit together.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website (www.feverup.com) prior to arriving at the event.
