Where can I find my ticket?

You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play), signing in with the same method you used to purchase. You'll also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.

Can I change my ticket or get a refund?

Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are permitted up to 48 hours before your experience starts — just contact us with your ticket ID. No refunds are allowed unless you purchased a flexible cancellation ticket, which lets you request a refund or exchange up to 48 hours before the show (the refund is the full ticket price minus the 10% flexible-ticket fee; the ticket becomes non-refundable if transferred to another person).

How long does the concert last?

The concert lasts approximately 60 minutes. Doors open 30 minutes before the show, and no entry is allowed once it has started.

Is this an indoor or outdoor venue?

This is an indoor venue with assigned seating.

Is food or drink available?

Drinks are available for purchase, but no food is served in the theater area. Pre- and post-show dining reservations (Spanish-inspired, New World Fusion fare) are available at the Uptown Lobby Dining — allow enough time if you plan to dine before the concert.

Is parking available?

Yes. Parking is available at the Seven Points Parking Garage across the street or the Rainbow surface lot. Street parking is also available along 31st Street and Hennepin Avenue.

What is the minimum age to attend?

All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Can I get a companion ticket for my carer?

Guests who need assistance throughout the experience can apply for 1 free pass for their caretaker. You must hold a valid ticket before applying — contact us for more information.

Does the venue have disability access?

The venue is ADA compliant. The ground level and restrooms are wheelchair accessible; however, the mezzanine (Zone A) seating is not.

Can I buy tickets at the venue?

No, tickets are not sold at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the Fever app or website before arriving at the event.

Can I bring animals?

Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.

Do I have to wear a mask?

We encourage all attendees to wear a mask, though it is not required. This policy is subject to change.

What is the policy for Candle 3-Packs purchased online?

Candle 3-Packs bought online must be collected at the designated venue location on the day of your event. Since they are tied to the specific date and location, all online add-on purchases picked up on-site are non-refundable and non-returnable — all sales are final.
