The concert lasts around 65 minutes. Doors open 30 minutes before showtime, and latecomers won't be admitted once it begins.

This is an indoor experience with assigned seating.

Drinks are available for purchase, but no food is sold in the theater area. Reservations for pre- or post-show dining — Spanish-inspired fare with a New World fusion twist — are available in the Uptown Lobby; if you plan to dine before the concert, allow enough time.

Animals aren't allowed, with the exception of service animals.

The venue is ADA compliant. The ground level and restrooms are wheelchair accessible; however, the mezzanine seating is not.

Guests who need assistance throughout the experience can apply for one free companion pass for their caretaker. You'll need a valid ticket of your own first — contact us afterwards for more information.

Parking is available at the Seven Points Parking Garage, located across the street, or at the Rainbow surface lot. Street parking is also available along both 31st Street and Hennepin Avenue.

All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Available for select events, a Flexible Cancelation Ticket lets you request a refund or exchange if you can no longer attend. You can cancel up to 48 hours before the experience starts by contacting us — no supporting documents are needed, but the ticket becomes non-refundable once transferred to another user. A refund returns the full ticket price except for the 10% fee paid for the flexible option (allow 10+ days to appear on your statement, or check the “Vouchers” section of the app if you paid with a voucher); an exchange gives you a voucher for the same value, valid only for the same experience.

Any Candle 3-Pack purchased online must be collected at the designated location at the venue on the day of your event. Since it's tied to the specific Candlelight event date and location, all Candle add-on items purchased online and picked up onsite are non-refundable and non-returnable — all sales are final.
