Christmas film soundtracks come to life at Salone Bernini at Palazzo Ripetta, in a room lit by hundreds of candles. A string quartet performs the most loved Christmas themes from the big screen in a Candlelight concert of around 60 minutes in the heart of Rome.

This concert experience is a tribute. It is not associated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the artist, their heirs or their official representatives.

What are the different ticket types available?
Premium Zone, Zone A, Zone B, Zone C and Zone D.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts; seats will be assigned based on the zone purchased and arrival time. The concert will start on time and the audience must already be seated beforehand. Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, latecomers will not be allowed into the show.
Can I sit next to my friends?
Yes, you'll be able to sit with your friends if you've purchased tickets for the same zone and arrive together at the event. We recommend arriving early, and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
What are the age requirements to attend the event?
All guests must be at least 8 years old to attend. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Are the candles flammable?
For the safety of attendees, all candles will be flameless.
Can I take photos or videos during the show?
Photos and videos may only be taken during the final piece and without flash, as indicated by our musicians.
Can I use my phone during the show?
Phones must be set to silent mode throughout the entire performance.
Can I leave the concert hall during the show?
Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, it will not be possible to leave your seat except in case of an emergency.
Can I buy tickets on site?
Tickets cannot be purchased on site. All tickets must be purchased through the Fever app (available on Google Play or the Apple Store) or the Fever website before arriving at the event.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone free of charge. Simply send the PDF with the barcode you received by email to the person who will use the ticket. Please contact Fever customer support with any doubts or questions: make sure to mention the ticket ID.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, it is possible to change the date and/or time of the ticket up to 48 hours before the event starts. If so, please contact Fever customer support with the ticket ID. No refunds are allowed under any circumstances. For more information, you can check Fever's Terms and Conditions.
Do I need to buy a ticket for the person assisting me?
Guests who need assistance during the event are entitled to a free ticket for their companion or carer. In this case, contact Fever customer support with a document certifying the need for an assistant attached, and we'll provide you with a code with which you can purchase a free ticket for your companion. Please note that you will need to show the documents, together with the tickets, to access the event.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app (available on Google Play or the Apple Store). Remember to log in with the same Fever profile used to purchase the ticket. You will also find a PDF with a barcode in the purchase confirmation email, which you can use to access the event.
What happens if weather conditions prevent the event from taking place?
If weather conditions should affect your experience in any way (change of venue or postponement), we will inform you in advance by email to the address associated with your Fever profile. Remember to check your spam folder.

There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
