Where can I find my ticket?

You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email. You don't need to print anything, just show your ticket on your smartphone at the venue.

Can I change my ticket?

Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before your experience starts. Contact us quoting your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances.

Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost. Just tap "Transfer tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. If you need further help, contact us quoting your ticket ID.

What different ticket types are available?

There are tickets for Zones A, B and C.

Can I sit together with friends?

Yes, if you arrive together and all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving in good time so we can seat you together.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

All guests must be at least 8 years old to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Can I book a ticket for my companion or caregiver?

Guests who need support throughout the experience are entitled to one free ticket for their personal assistant or caregiver. After purchasing your ticket, send us the relevant supporting documentation.

The experience takes place at Kleine Kirche (Kaiserstr. 131, 76133 Karlsruhe).

How do I get to the venue?

The best way to reach Kleine Kirche is via the Marktplatz S-Bahn stop.

Is parking available?

You'll need to use the public parking spaces in the surrounding area. There are also two car parks nearby (Kreuzstraße and Parkhaus Marktplatz).

Is food or drink available?

No, no drinks are sold on site.

Is the venue accessible for people with reduced mobility?

Unfortunately, the venue is not wheelchair accessible; there is a small step at the entrance. A companion can attend free of charge to help with the step and provide support during the event.

Can I bring animals?

Pets are not allowed, except service animals. Please fill in our form if you'll be accompanied by a service animal.

Can I buy tickets at the venue?

No. Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue; they must be bought through the app or website (www.feverup.com) before you arrive.

What time should I arrive?

Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts to get a seat in your purchased zone. The concert starts on time; if you arrive late, you may be refused entry to the show.

Can I take photos or videos during the performance?

According to our musicians, photos and videos may only be taken during the last piece and without flash.
