The venue is organized into different zones, each priced according to its proximity and view of the stage. Seats are assigned as you arrive at Global Omnium Auditorio, respecting the order of entry and the category of your ticket.
Yes, we'll do everything we can to seat you together. To make it easier, you should enter the venue at the same time and have tickets for the same zone. We advise arriving at least 30 minutes before the start, and our team will assign you contiguous seats.
Tickets cannot be bought at Global Omnium Auditorio. You'll only find them available digitally through Fever's official channels (our official website or the mobile app).
We recommend arriving 30 minutes before the show to settle in comfortably. Doors close 5 minutes before the start, and to avoid disrupting the concert, no one is allowed in once the musicians are on stage.
You will be able to buy drinks at this event; however, there will be no food available.
Keep in mind that many of our concerts are held in historic buildings, so controlling the temperature can be a challenge. We do our best to ensure a pleasant environment, but we recommend bringing comfortable clothes suitable for the time of year so you can enjoy without issues.
Forget strict dress codes. We recommend a casual outfit so you can enjoy the live music in total comfort and without complications.

Unless it's an emergency, we appreciate that you don't get up from your seat. This helps us maintain the special atmosphere of the event.
We take your safety seriously, so we use last-generation LED candles. They imitate traditional candles without using real fire, eliminating any risk and without generating heat.
Remember to put your phone on silent before the show begins. To enjoy the experience, we only allow photos or videos without flash during the final song of the set, as indicated by the musicians.
MY TICKETS
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on Apple App Store or Google Play). Remember to log in with the same account you used to make the purchase. You'll also find your QR code in the purchase confirmation email. Your tickets are digital, and you don't need to print them.
You can transfer your tickets for free to anyone. Just open the Fever app and click "Transfer Tickets." If you need additional support, contact us through our help center sharing your ticket number.
Yes! The perfect present is a Candlelight Gift Card valid for any concert in your country, so the recipient can choose the event that suits them best. If you prefer to gift a ticket you already have, remember you can easily send it using the "Transfer Tickets" feature in the app.
You can change the date of your ticket up to 24 hours before the event from the "Tickets" section of the Fever app. If the option is available, the "Change date/time" button will appear, and you can follow the instructions. If the option doesn't appear, contact us with your ticket ID, which can be found in the confirmation email or the Fever app. Note that refunds are not accepted, although some events offer a flexible cancellation add-on with an alternative policy.
