Ein sehr tolles Erlebnis. Vielleicht wäre es auch möglich, in Zukunft ein Hit der 80er Jahre aus Deutschland mit ins Best of zu packen und am Ende wäre es toll, wenn man ein Lied zusammen singen könnte. Ansonsten grandioses Erlebnis.

What different ticket types are there?
There are tickets for Zone A, B, C and D.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No. Tickets cannot be purchased at the venue. Buy them in advance via the Fever app or www.feverup.com.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests who require assistance throughout the experience receive 1 free ticket for their carer. First buy your own valid ticket, then submit proof via the contact form in the Fever Help Centre. Fever will send you a voucher that you can use to book the free ticket in the app, subject to availability. Both tickets must be shown at entry.
Is there an age restriction for the event?
All guests must be at least 8 years old. Under-16s may only attend accompanied by an adult.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes to the date and/or time are possible up to 24 hours before the experience begins. To do this, contact the team via the contact form in the Fever Help Centre and provide your ticket ID. Refunds are not possible; further details can be found in the terms and conditions.
What is the flexible refund ticket?
For selected events, you can request a full refund with the flexible refund ticket if you decide not to attend.
When can I return my ticket?
You can return your flexible refund ticket up to 48 hours before the experience begins and receive a full refund. If the ticket has been transferred to another person, it is no longer eligible for a refund.
What documents do I need to provide to receive my refund?
No documents are required for your refund request.
How do I request my refund?
Submit your request via the refund form in the Fever Help Centre.
Where does the experience take place?
The experience takes place at Kurländer Palais, Tzschirnerplatz 3-5, 01067 Dresden.
How do I get to the venue?
The Palais is located around 250 metres from the Frauenkirche.
Is food and drink available?
Drinks are sold on site. You're not allowed to bring your own food or drinks.
Can I bring animals?
Pets are not allowed, with the exception of service animals. If you'd like to bring a service animal, please fill in the form in the Fever Help Centre.
Does the venue have accessible access?
No, there is no wheelchair access. The Festsaal can only be reached via the Feststiege staircase.
Is there parking available?
Yes, for a fee: 350 spaces at the Schießgasse car park and 250 spaces in the Frauenkirche/Neumarkt underground car park.
Can I still be let in after the concert has started?
No, latecomers cannot be admitted once the concert has started. Entry begins 30 minutes before the concert, which lasts 60 minutes with no interval.
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email. Tickets are fully digital, so there is no need to print anything.
Are the candles real? Are they flammable?
For everyone's safety, the candles are LED: they recreate the glow of a flame without real fire, so they don't burn and pose no risk.
Can I take photos or record videos? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Please keep your phone on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed when the musicians say so, and always without flash.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
