About the venueBeethoven-Haus Bonn
The house where the composer Ludwig van Beethoven was born in December 1770 is one of the few preserved Bonn bourgeois houses from the 18th century. In 1989, the Beethoven-Haus association celebrated its 100th anniversary and has since housed the Beethoven Archive. A true gem of the house is the chamber music hall.

Where can I find my ticket?
You’ll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 24 hours before the start of your experience. Contact us with your ticket ID.
Are refunds allowed?
Refunds are only possible with a flexible cancellation ticket. Changes to other dates and/or times are allowed up to 24 hours before the event.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
from 8 years old. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost, directly from the app.
Are the candles real?
For everyone’s safety, the room is lit with flameless LED candles.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.

Is the venue accessible for people with reduced mobility?
The Beethoven-Haus offers wheelchair-accessible entry to the hall in the last row only (Zone C). Unfortunately, the restrooms are not wheelchair accessible.
Can I buy tickets on site?
No, tickets are not available for purchase on site. All tickets must be bought through the app or website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests who need support throughout the experience are entitled to 1 free ticket for their carer. Once you've bought your ticket, please send us the relevant supporting documents. We'll then provide a voucher you can use to get your free carer ticket in the Fever app (subject to availability). Please show both tickets at the entrance.
What ticket types are there?
There are tickets for Zones A, B and C.
How long does the experience last?
Approximately 60 minutes. Doors open 30 minutes before the start.
Is the event indoors or outdoors?
The event takes place indoors, with assigned seating.
Will food or drinks be offered?
No, no drinks will be sold on site.
How do I get there?
The Beethoven-Haus is located in the centre of Bonn, at the edge of the pedestrian zone, close to the Rhine. From the main train station, you can reach Bonngasse on foot in a few minutes. Trams and buses stop at the nearby Bertha-von-Suttner-Platz / Beethoven-Haus stop, which also has taxi ranks. Tram: 62, 65, 66 and 67.
Is there parking nearby?
Parking is available at the city centre car parks; the closest ones are Stiftsgarage, Marktgarage and Friedensplatzgarage.
