What are the different ticket types?
There are tickets for Zones A, B, C and for the “Front Pews” zone. Zones A, B and C are individual chairs, while the “Front Pews” zone has the church's traditional wooden pews.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, you don't need to print anything. Just show your Fever ticket in the app or by email at entry.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No. Tickets cannot be purchased at the venue. All tickets must be bought through the app or website (www.feverup.com) before attending the event.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to 1 free pass for their personal assistant/carer. Once you have purchased your ticket (a valid ticket is required beforehand), please send us the relevant documentation.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be at least 8 years old to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I change my ticket, and are refunds allowed?
Refunds are not allowed. However, you can change the day and/or time of your experience up to 48 hours before the originally booked slot, subject to availability. Please contact us quoting your ticket ID to make the change.
Where does the experience take place?
The experience takes place at the Christuskirche (Conrad-Wilhelm-Hase-Platz 1, 30167 Hannover).
How do I get to the venue?
The venue can be reached via public transport to the Christuskirche stop, using light rail lines 6 (between Nordhafen and Messe/Ost) and 11 (between Haltenhoffstraße and Zoo), or bus lines 100 and 200.
How long does the concert last, and when should I arrive?
The concert lasts 60 minutes, with no interval. Doors open at least 30 minutes before the concert starts so you can be seated in your zone. The concert starts on time, and out of respect for the musicians and the audience, latecomers cannot be admitted once it has begun.
Does the event take place indoors or outdoors?
The event takes place indoors, with assigned seating within your booked zone.
Is food or drink available, and can I bring my own?
No food or drink is available for purchase on site. Bringing your own food, snacks or drinks is not permitted.
Can I bring animals?
No, pets are not allowed under any circumstances. Please contact us directly if you will be accompanied by a service animal.
Does the venue have accessible access?
Unfortunately, the venue is not wheelchair accessible.
Is there parking available?
There are paid car parks nearby, such as Parkhaus Nordstadt, Parkhaus Ernst-August-Galerie and the Galerie Luise underground car park. There are also several free parking options nearby, for example on Schloßwender Straße, Arndtstraße or at Klagesmarkt.
Can I take photos or use my phone during the performance?
Your phone must be on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos may only be taken during the final piece, and without flash, as requested by the musicians.
Can I leave the concert hall during the performance?
Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you may only leave your seat in case of an emergency.
What happens if weather conditions prevent the event from going ahead?
Should weather conditions affect your experience in any way (venue change or postponement), we will of course notify you in advance by email.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost. Simply click “Transfer tickets” on your ticket in the Fever app. For further help, contact us quoting your ticket ID.
