The venue is divided into sections with different prices based on visibility and proximity to the stage. Our team will seat you on a first-come, first-served basis at Basílica Pontificia de San Miguel, always within the zone you selected when purchasing your ticket.

Of course! You can sit together. Just make sure you all arrive at the same time and have tickets for the same zone. We recommend coming at least half an hour early to make it easier for the team to seat you together.

The Candlelight: With Mozart, Bach and other timeless composers in Madrid lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before, so you can arrive and settle in comfortably.

Unless it's an extreme necessity, we appreciate that you remain seated so that you and the other attendees can enjoy the concert to the fullest.

Are real candles used in Candlelight concerts? Are they flammable?

To ensure you enjoy safely, all our candles are LED. They perfectly recreate the flicker and warmth of a real flame but without fire, heat, or any risk to your safety.

Is taking photos or recording videos allowed? Can I use my phone during the performance?

Answer

Remember to put your phone on silent before the show begins. To enjoy the experience, we only allow photos or videos without flash during the final song of the set, as indicated by the musicians.

To view your tickets, open the Fever app (available on Google Play and Apple App Store) and click on the "Tickets" section. Make sure you're using the same account you booked with. Your QR code will also be sent to you in the purchase confirmation email. Since they're digital, there's no need to print them.

Can I transfer or send my tickets to another person?

Of course, sharing your tickets won't cost you anything. Just go to your Fever app profile, tap your ticket, and select "Transfer Tickets." If you need help, contact us with your ticket number.

Definitely! You can purchase a Gift Card that lets them choose their concert and date, or if you've already bought tickets for a specific day, you can gift those by using the "Transfer Tickets" button in the Fever app.

What is the cancellation and refund policy?

You can change the date of your ticket up to 24 hours before the event from the "Tickets" section of the Fever app. If the option is available, the "Change date/time" button will appear, and you can follow the instructions. If the option doesn't appear, contact us with your ticket ID, which can be found in the confirmation email or the Fever app. Note that refunds are not accepted, although some events offer a flexible cancellation add-on with an alternative policy. Photos can be bought at Basílica Pontificia de San Miguel as long as the quota hasn't been filled. Customers who buy the photo opportunity through the website when purchasing their concert tickets have priority over those who buy at the venue. Purchases at the venue can only be made with a credit/debit card; cash is not accepted.

Your photo will be taken before the concert, and the session will close 10 minutes before the show begins. Please come half an hour early so our team can assist you.

When will I receive the photo?

Answer

You'll have the chance to choose your favorite photo in the moment. Our team will print it throughout the concert and you'll be able to collect it comfortably when you leave, as it's not possible to keep it for later.

Where do I have to go to have my photo taken?

You'll be guided to the photo area right after you enter Basílica Pontificia de San Miguel. If you need help, just ask our staff, and they'll point you in the right direction.

Come pick up your online purchase during the event. Since the "Pack of 3 candles" is prepared exclusively for that date and venue, sales are final and no refunds are offered.

Remember that pets are not allowed in this concert. The only exception is guide dogs or assistance dogs, which are allowed.
