We’re continuing our collaboration series with a legit favourite: The Lion King, in collaboration with Buster Mantis — a team of talent who cook what they like, with bold influences from all over the world. Prepare for a feast fit for a future king (or queen) with a baptism of coconut-infused beans, or perhaps a pack of hungry diners might be ready to get stuck into spiced goat skewers? Want more? No worries we’re serving up delicious bean fritters on herby coconut yoghurt (amongst a veritable feast of other grubs). Prepare yourself for iconic songs, tears (at that scene) and bold dishes that accompany us on our hero’s journey from cub to king.
