Description
One of the most acclaimed projects of the La Ancha family group in the city of Barcelona, it offers a relaxed and very lively atmosphere, with apparently simple cuisine that hides a great deal of technique behind every dish. Here, the market product, km 0, is key to gastronomic creation, and the menu changes as many times as necessary to adapt to the seasonality of the product. A menu designed exclusively to be enjoyed only on weekdays, during kitchen hours, perfect for enjoying the ingenuity of our chef Nino Redruello and the best raw materials in the area.
