General description of the route

• First room: visitors will be transported through a photographic exhibition, where they will be able to admire never-before-seen images of the iconic artist.
• Second room: offers an intimate glimpse into Frida's thoughts, emotions and relationships with the exhibition of her authentic letters, a personal reflection of her life and struggles.
• Third room (the “Live Art” room): a sensory experience, where interactive art awakens all the senses to creatively explore the stories behind this artist’s work.

Woman Experiences presents "El lado intimo nunca antes visto de Frida Kahlo", a unique experience that’s coming to Madrid to present the Mexican artist from an unprecedented angle. This immersive tour, in collaboration with UN Women and authorized by Banco de México, invites visitors to explore the life, art and emotions of Frida Kahlo through three rooms that reveal unknown facets of her personality and legacy. Frida Kahlo Woman Experiences gives recognition to female figures who have stood out and fought for different causes throughout history. This is done through the medium of art, immersive shows, artistic performances and music. For the purpose of this project, they have worked with the United Nations, specifically for Sustainable Development Goal 5, Gender Equality. Frida is a model of perseverance, who succeeded during a period in which it was almost impossible for women to become recognized painters, where even wearing pants was a point of controversy.
