Menu Description

This brunch, offered by the Arrel restaurant at InterContinental Barcelona, features exquisite cuisine. You can savour cold and hot stations, showcooking... à la carte dishes and a dessert to lick your fingers over. You will find a spectacular buffet full of local and seasonal products, so the menu may vary depending on the time of year. Your mouth will water: Iberian ham, local cheeses, steak tartare, smoked meats, delta oysters with garnish, croissants of all flavours, artisanal puddings and cookies, km0 jams, a variety of fruits... For the hot dishes, you can also start warming up your palate as you won’t go hungry; you can choose from their entire range of eggs (Benedict, broken eggs, omelettes...), as well as chicken curry dumplings, pork dumplings, vegan dumplings... And one of the main dishes is the showcooking, which will not disappoint you; you will see risotto creamed in a 20kg wheel of Parmesan, leg of lamb, wild sea bass in salt, suckling pig... The desserts will also leave you speechless: a selection of pastries, different cakes, churros, macarons, caramelised French toast and much more.

You can accompany everything with a wide variety of drinks: juices, coffee, tea and infusions, as well as a selection of wines and sparkling wines.
