Choose from: Starters: • Caramelised onion, goats' cheese tart served with mixed salad. • Frogs legs served with herb sauce. • Smoked Salmon Smoked Salmon Endive Boats served with with mixed leaves, balsamic and vinegrette dressing. Mains: • Exotic burger (zebra , kangaroo, vegetarian or crocodile ), served with potatoes wedges and mix salad, Stilton or Emmental cheese. • Kangaroo fillet or ostrich fillet with a whiskey, white wine and blue cheese sauce. • Mixed exotic meat platter (to share). • Mixed exotic vegetables with herbs and tomatoes sauce. • Pork chop with jerk sauce. • Rustic curry chicken (whole baby chicken) prepared the traditional tribesman way. • Zebra with a Dijonaise Sauce with 1 good tot of whisky.
