🙂Relaxed sessions will have a reduced capacity per session and will run on selected Mondays and Thursdays. Because of the technology in the exhibition, it is not possible to dim the lights or sounds, so reduced capacity is the only adaptation to the standard experience. Some areas of the exhibition are brightly lit, other areas are dark. Some elements of the experience involve moving around to collect recourses in different parts of the room, other visitors may come into close proximity. 
Please note, it is at your discretion whether you deem these sessions to be suitable for yourself or your child/children to attend. If you chose to attend a Relaxed Session, we request you are respectful of other players to ensure all those in attendance have an enjoyable experience.
Guests who require assistance throughout the experience are eligible for a complimentary companion ticket.

If you or a member of your party requires the assistance of a Companion/PA we ask that you provide one of the​ accepted forms of documentation below which should be shown upon arrival to the exhibition. 
Accepted forms of documentation include:

• Middle or Higher rate DLA for care and/or mobility.
• Personal Independence Payment (PIP) documentation.
• Evidence of being severely sight impaired.
• CredAbility Access Card with a “+1” category requirement.
• A recognized Assistance Dog ID card.

Please note that the guest requiring assistance must have a valid entry ticket. If the visitor is a child, to obtain a free Companion or PA ticket, there must be at least one full-priced General Admission ticket in the group.

👤 Age requirement: all ages are welcome! 0-2 years go free (no ticket purchase necessary). Anyone 15 years and under must be accompanied by at least one person 18+ to enter the exhibition
👜 Bag Policy: Bags larger than A4 size are not permitted inside the exhibition. A locker (40 x 40 x 40 cm) is available on-site for £3 if needed.
🚫 The following items are not permitted inside the exhibition: food and beverages, umbrellas and bags larger than A4 size. Please also refrain from bringing prams/buggies
