🙂Relaxed sessions will have a reduced capacity per session and will run on selected Mondays and Thursdays. Because of the technology in the exhibition, it is not possible to dim the lights or sounds, so reduced capacity is the only adaptation to the standard experience. Some areas of the exhibition are brightly lit, other areas are dark. Some elements of the experience involve moving around to collect recourses in different parts of the room, other visitors may come into close proximity.
Please note, it is at your discretion whether you deem these sessions to be suitable for yourself or your child/children to attend. If you chose to attend a Relaxed Session, we request you are respectful of other players to ensure all those in attendance have an enjoyable experience.
Guests who require assistance throughout the experience are eligible for a complimentary companion ticket.
If you or a member of your party requires the assistance of a Companion/PA we ask that you provide one of the accepted forms of documentation below which should be shown upon arrival to the exhibition.

👜 Bag Policy: Bags larger than A4 size are not permitted inside the exhibition. A locker (40 x 40 x 40 cm) is available on-site for £3 if needed.

- The whole experience was fantastic from start to finish. The staff were friendly and fun and really looked after us.

- The Sen Session was absolutely spot on. The staff were so much fun. Well worth going just to see Minecraft Experience.
- We attended a SEN relaxed session with our daughter who had Autism. I highly recommend these sessions for parents of children with SEN. it was relaxed, slow paced, quiet and the staff were excellent. They were so kind and willing to help even though it was a hot day and we were the very last visitors.
- We thoroughly enjoyed the experience, and all of the staff were exceptionally helpful and accommodating throughout. Their support made the visit truly enjoyable. Please do pass on our thanks to everyone involved.
- Fantastic experience they do send times for sen children and we happened to go when there was send session which is more quieter . The staff are fantastic and they also provide noise cancelling head phones for the kids if it's to much for them . Excellent service by staff and excellent experience my daughter jad magical day thank you .
