CURRENT EVENTS
🌟Other Intelligences (November 13 to January 2026)
Tuesday through Sunday - Immersive Room, Gallery and Lounge
Other Intelligences, a group show curated by Sabine Himmelsbach and Marlene Wenger, co-curated by Maria Grazia Mattei for the Italian leg, and produced by HEK (House of Electronic Arts Basel) in collaboration with MEET Digital Culture Center, explores forms of cognition other than our own. Systems that perceive, process, and adapt according to logic that does not come through either a brain or an algorithm. The exhibition avoids cognitive hierarchies: instead, it analyzes and uncovers protocols of relationship. How do we dialogue with those who perceive time differently, who process through the body instead of the mind, and who think in colony instead of as an individual? Other Intelligences constructs a space where human, plant, animal and artificial meet and where art becomes a laboratory of possible relationships between biology, technology and imagination.

🌟Flux (Dec. 9 to 14)
Tuesday through Sunday - Lounge and Living Staircase
Created to educate, present and promote female artists in the field of digital art, encouraging and supporting their professional careers, Flux - Female Digital Creativity is a three-year project co-funded by the European Commission, specifically the European Agency for Education and Culture. Sponsored by four international partners - MEET Digital Culture Center (Milan, italy), Labin Art Express XXI (Labin, Croatia), Alice in Blockchains (Zagreb, Croatia), Museum of Transitory Art (Ljubljana, Slovenia) - Flux supports women artists, or people who identify as such, to engage in the field of new technologies and new art media, particularly blockchain and NFTs. Women artists are placed at the center of all project activities: workshops with international digital art experts, lectures, classes, art residencies and exhibitions. It is the results of this training that, from Nov. 4 to 9, will be on display at MEET. The Lounge and Living Staircase will feature the works of 11 female artists who participated and won the project's open call. MEET will be the third and final stop on a tour that has already included the cities of Istria and Ljubljana.

🌟 Renaissance Dreams
Every Tuesday - Immersive Room
Renowned Turkish media artist Refik Anadol, who first exhibited in Italy at MEET in 2020, created "Renaissance Dreams," a site-specific work generated through AI, specifically for the Center's Immersive Room. In front of the viewer's eyes, images from a dataset consisting of artistic works produced in Italy during the Renaissance (1300-1600) flow, processed and revisited by algorithms that change shapes, colors, and create original sounds.
🌟The roots of the new
Tuesday through Sunday - MEET Digital Culture Center
The Roots of the New is an in-progress project that traces, through the collection of posters, iconic objects and videos of exhibitions, reviews and key appointments of the Italian and international scene from the MEET Archive, the milestones of the digital creative evolution.
