🌟In the Forest of the Future: VR workshop and show for families
Sundays on March 1 and April 12
What if we could imagine the future of our planet together? And if, to do so, we could enter a forest that does not yet exist but that one day could become a reality? Once a month MEET organises an afternoon entirely dedicated to families with children aged 4 to 10 taking part in a project that combines technology, art and play in an engaging and interactive narrative. There are two appointments, designed to explore the relationship between man, nature, science and imagination with a new vision: from 3.00 pm the interactive virtual reality workshop "In the forest of numbers" and from 5.00 pm the show "In the forest of the future". The project is by Ariella Vidach AiEP / DiDstudio and is realised with the support of MEET Digital Culture Center, MIC - Ministry of Culture and the Municipality of Milan. An afternoon when families can spend time together in a creative way, approaching virtual reality not only as spectators but also as protagonists and at the same time reflecting on a changing world and on how it is possible to intertwine worlds that seem far apart such as technology and the environment.

NB. The workshop is reserved for children aged 4 to 10. To purchase tickets for the event, go to the date of interest and select tickets from the types "Workshop + show" or "Show only"

🌟Liquid Chimeras (from 5 February)
Wednesday to Sunday - Immersive Room and Gallery
The exhibition arises from the urgency to reinterpret the relationship between knowledge, technology and imagination. Data on planet Earth is partial, especially those concerning ocean ecologies, and the tools that collect it are vulnerable and conditioned by technological and economic limits. Where information is lacking, creative opportunities arise. Curated by Eleonora Brizi, the exhibition explores this space of uncertainty as a fertile environment for artistic creation, a recurring theme in the work of the duo Entangled Others (Sofia Crespo and Feileacan McCormick). Born from the European Studiotopia project, in which the artists collaborated with the oceanographer Joan Llort, the exhibition transforms uncertainty into narrative and ecological possibilities. Art operates in these liminal territories where emptiness becomes generative space.

🌟 Renaissance Dreams
Every Tuesday - Immersive Room
\tThe famous Turkish media artist Refik Anadol, who first exhibited in Italy at MEET in 2020, created "Renaissance Dreams" especially for the Centre's Immersive Room, a site-specific work generated with the help of AI. Images drawn from a dataset of works of art produced in Italy during the Renaissance (1300-1600) pass before the viewer's eyes, processed and reworked by algorithms that transform their shapes and colours and create original sounds.

🌟The roots of the new
Tuesday to Sunday - MEET Digital Culture Center
\tLe Radici del Nuovo is a work in progress that retraces, through the collection of posters, iconic objects and videos of exhibitions, festivals and key events in the Italian and international scene from the MEET Archive, the milestones of the evolution of digital creative expression. By visiting and exploring MEET's three floors, you can immerse yourself in a walk through the protagonists and artistic movements that, from the last century to the present day, have initiated the process of research and expressive experimentation unleashed by the advent of digital technologies.
