About the venueBeethoven-Haus Bonn
The house where the composer Ludwig van Beethoven was born in December 1770 is one of the few preserved Bonn bourgeois houses from the 18th century. In 1989, the Beethoven-Haus association celebrated its 100th anniversary and has since housed the Beethoven Archive. A true gem of the house is the chamber music hall.

Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time up to 24 hours before the experience starts. Please contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances, except with a flexible cancellation ticket (see below). For more information, see our T&Cs.
What is the flexible cancellation ticket?
The flexible cancellation ticket lets you request a full refund if you decide not to attend the experience — contact us up to 48 hours before it starts. No documentation is required. Please note the ticket becomes non-refundable if transferred to another person.
How long does the concert last?
About 65 minutes, with no break. Doors open 30 minutes before the start, and latecomers won't be admitted once the concert has begun.
Is the concert indoors or outdoors?
The concert takes place indoors, with seating on a first-come, first-served basis within your booked zone.
Is food or drink available?
No, there are no drinks for sale.
Is there parking available?
There are car parks in the city centre; the closest ones are Stiftsgarage, Marktgarage and Friedensplatzgarage.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be at least 8 years old to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests who need assistance throughout the experience are entitled to 1 free ticket for their personal carer. Once you've purchased your ticket, please send us the relevant proof; you'll then receive a voucher to purchase the free carer ticket in the Fever app (subject to availability). Please note you'll need to show the regular ticket together with the carer ticket at the entrance.
Does the venue have disability access?
The Beethoven-Haus has a wheelchair-accessible entrance to the hall in the back row (Zone C). Unfortunately, the restrooms are not wheelchair accessible.
What are the different ticket types?
There are tickets for Zone A, B and C.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No. Tickets cannot be purchased at the venue; they must be bought before the event through the Fever app or website (www.feverup.com).
Can I bring animals?
Pets aren't allowed, except for service animals. Please fill in the relevant form if you'll be bringing a service animal.
Where does the experience take place, and how do I get there?
In the chamber music hall of the Beethoven-Haus (Bonngasse 24-26, 53111 Bonn), in the centre of Bonn near the pedestrian zone. From the main train station, Bonngasse is a few minutes' walk; trams and buses stop at the nearby Bertha-von-Suttner-Platz/Beethoven-Haus stop.
