Join us for a Full Moon sound bath experience designed to soothe your mind and refresh your spirit. As the Full Moon in Taurus, or Beaver Moon, lights up the sky, this session led by Zehra at The Self Love Lab invites you to reflect on your year, reconnect with your goals, and let go of anything that’s no longer serving you. Begin with a guided heart-opening meditation, sip on soothing herbal tea, and immerse yourself in a sound bath filled with the gentle vibrations of gongs, crystal bowls, and chimes. Set new intentions with oracle cards and affirmations, and leave feeling aligned and ready to welcome the weekend with a renewed sense of peace.
