What to expect
Bubble Planet is an immersive experience that makes your dreams come true — colourful, surreal and made for all the senses. Journey through 11 fully interactive themed rooms, from a sea of balloons and a giant ball pit to an infinity room and a hypnotic kaleidoscope, then explore a magical planet of bubbles in the optional VR experience. Self-guided and perfect for families, friends and couples, it's around 60–90 minutes of playful wonder.

Solving your doubts
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, printing is not needed. You'll find your ticket in the 'Tickets' section of the Fever app (log in with the same method used to purchase); your QR code is also in your confirmation email.
Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. To make a change, contact us through support.feverup.com with your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances.
How long does the experience last?
The experience takes approximately 60–90 minutes, but you're welcome to stay as long as you like in each room — it's a one-way system, so make the most of each one!
