The Little Golden Hall is a late Baroque festival hall of the former Augsburg Jesuit College St. Salvator. What makes the room so special: The ceiling fresco created by Matthäus Günther in 1765 and the stucco work crafted by Johann M. Feichtmayr.

What ticket types are available?
There are tickets for Zones A, B, C and D.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No, tickets cannot be purchased at the venue. All tickets must be bought via the app or website (www.feverup.com) before attending the event.
Can I book a ticket for my companion/carer?
Guests who need support throughout the experience are entitled to 1 free ticket for their companion. Once you’ve bought your own ticket, please send us proof of this; we’ll then provide a voucher you can use to get the free companion ticket in the Fever app (subject to availability). Please note you’ll need to show both tickets at entry.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be at least 8 years old to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I change my ticket or get a refund?
Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time up to 24 hours before your experience starts — just contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not possible under any circumstances. See our T&Cs for more information.
Where does the experience take place?
At the Kleiner Goldener Saal, Jesuitengasse 12, 86152 Augsburg.
How do I get to the venue?
The Kleiner Goldener Saal is located at Jesuitengasse 12, north of the cathedral (Dom). Don’t confuse it with the Goldener Saal in Augsburg’s town hall — these are two different venues.
How long does the experience last?
The concert lasts 60 minutes, with no interval. Doors open 30 minutes before the concert starts; latecomers cannot be admitted once the concert has begun.
Is food or drink available?
Only drinks are sold at the venue — no food is available.
Can I bring animals?
Pets are unfortunately not allowed at this venue, but service animals are welcome.
Does this venue have disability access?
Yes, the venue is wheelchair accessible. Please send us a short email in advance to hello@feverup.com so we can prepare everything for your visit.
Is there parking available?
No, there is no parking at the venue — we recommend travelling by public transport.
What is “Candlelight Photo”?
“Candlelight Photo” is an optional add-on that offers an exclusive photo experience for guests who book it. You can have your photo taken in a dedicated area, and you’ll receive a printed Polaroid-style instant photo as a keepsake with each purchase.
Can I buy “Candlelight Photo” at the venue, and how do I prove my booking?
Photos can be bought at the venue until sold out; guests who book the photo experience online together with their concert tickets are given priority over those buying on site. Only card payments are accepted on site — no cash. As proof, you’ll receive a separate QR code by email to show the photographer at the venue.
When does my photo session take place, and when do I get my photo?
Photo sessions take place before or after the concert — we prefer after, to allow enough time. On site, you’ll choose your photo for printing, our team will print it, and you’ll take it with you straight away — please don’t forget to collect it, as we can’t keep photos afterwards. If you leave the venue without your photo, we’re unable to offer a refund or a new session.
Can I get a refund for “Candlelight Photo”?
A refund is only possible if the photo experience has to be cancelled for reasons within our control. In that case, you’ll receive a full refund for your photo experience.
