Relax in Spiaggia, the Italian beach bar grill, with all the magic of the sunny Med and enjoy: Antipasto (Starter): • Pecorino Sardo (Sardinian Cheese), olives and piadina contadina (scamorza & grilled vegetables). • Paired Craft Beer: Friska, Biere Blanche (Sardinia). Primo e Contorno (Pasta and side dish): • Spicy prawn spiedini (skewers) and Fregola (Sardinian Pasta) allo Zafferano (Saffron). • Paired Craft Beer: Duenna, American Saison (Sardinia). Secondo e Dolce (Main and Dessert): • Duck Slider and Chocolate Ricotta. • Paired Craft Beer: BB10, Imperial Stout with sapa (must) from Cannonau Grape (Sardinia).
