****On February 14th, Valentine’s Day is whispered in Italian.
Una tavola per due, plates to share, and that sense of tempo that invites you to slow down.
Two sittings, before the show at 7:15 PM or after the show at 9:30 PM, to savour a perfectly balanced menu: carpaccio di ricciola with seasonal citrus fruits, ravioli di ricotta with sage-infused butter and aged parmigiano, then a cuore di cioccolato café-amaretto, still melting.
To finish, a piccola pasticceria of homemade amaretti to nibble on slowly.
