Next Thursday, September 19, Veraz restaurant brings together in a unique event two young chefs of the national gastronomy awarded by the Michelin Guide, chef Martina Puigvert from Les Cols restaurant in Olot and chef Alejandro Serrano from Alejandro Serrano restaurant in Miranda de Ebro. The two acclaimed chefs will share space, a few months after their 4 Manos that took place at the Tivoli in Copenhagen, in a unique evening at Veraz, where the most emblematic dishes of each of them will be part of a 7-act tasting menu with which you can taste the culinary excellence of both restaurants.
